COMPRESSION COUPLINGS
Compression couplings are used to join conveying tube and bends. They offer easy installation and secure joints by mechanically locking the tube. This is as simple as tightening the clamping bolts which are attached. The couplings come complete with a white nitrile rubber gasket and stainless steel earth strap.
Sizes range from 38mm to 355mm outside diameter and can be supplied in Zinc coated steel, stainless steel or aluminium. For extra clamping, up to 5 bolts can be supplied to each coupling. Various gasket material options are also available including black neoprene, red rubber, silicone, EPDM and viton. Stainless steel gasket protectors are also available when conveying abrasive products.

LONG RADIUS BENDS
Tube and pipe bends are a key component in any pneumatic conveying system whether it is positive or negative pressure system. The longer the bend radius the less wear occurs on the bend, less damage to the product and a lower pressure drop within the system. Fresco have available a range of conveying bends to cater for all your needs. The bends are available in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium ranging from 38mm to 355mm outside diameter with centreline radius from 300mm to 1800mm. Special services can also be offered such as internal/external polishing, ceramic coating and linings. |
